AGM and nominations of club officers
Dear Members
Please see the agenda below for the AGM to be held next Wednesday 25th September at 7.30pm in the clubhouse. Nominations for the Committee roles have now closed, however we would still like to encourage members to come forward and offer support.
We are also writing to inform you that Martin Cain has decided to step down from the Committee and thus the role of Welfare/Safeguarding Officer. Martin has received our thanks on behalf of the Committee and members for his six years service on the Committee and we wish him well.
Further information will be circulated in due course regarding the arrangements for appointing a replacement Welfare/Safeguarding Officer. In the meantime Heather Green who is already nominated Deputy Welfare Officer will serve as Acting Welfare Officer.
We look forward to seeing you in attendance on Wednesday.
