Polite reminder for AGM
Dear Members
Final reminder of the BTSC AGM is to be held Wednesday 20th September 2023 in the Clubhouse, commencing at 7pm (not 7.30pm as previously suggested apologies for any confusion).
Any apologies related for non-attendance at the meeting or items for the agenda to be forwarded to sandi.taylor@sky.com no later than Monday 18th September please. Thank you to those who have already done this.
As there are no Committee roles having had multiple nominations put forward there will be no need for the committee to provide link to place your vote.
The agreement on election or objections for those nominated can be voiced by those present on the evening at the AGM.
The Committee welcomes all members to attend, and we look forward to your contributions on the night.
Please take care in the car park and be prepared to park on the roadside, if necessary, disabled spaces to be left vacant for attendees that require them.
