Dear Members
We are saddened by the fact it has come to our attention that you may have not changed your category of membership as requested in previous emails.
As from the beginning of April you therefore should not be booking courts nor playing your chosen sport as you are not deemed as a member.It may be that you have just simply forgotten.
To allow time for you to process this information we give you grace of 7 days from today to subscribe to another category. After this time your membership is void, key card will be cancelled and any other active member that books a court on your behalf or to partner you in a game will have their membership discussed by the committee going forward.
The membership will be informed of names in order to control this activity as it is in their interest for you to pay membership and not to dilute club funds like any other paying member.
I am sure you will understand the rationale for the recent decision as many of your fellow country members have. Please do not us have to enforce the above.
