Booking Rules

Members may book courts up to 14 days prior. When booking 14 days prior, the courts may only be booked from 7 am onwards.
Squash
- Peak-times:
  - Monday - Friday from 4.10 pm onwards.
- The Booking Fees
- Each member has an account within the booking system and must have sufficient credit in order to book a court.
- You can purchase (minimum) £20 booking system credit with an online credit/debit card transaction. .Your transaction will be processed by Stripe and your account will be automatically credited.
- Members can share booking fees by using the facility to Transfer Credit -- on the day playing, the system will automatically send an email to invite playing partners/opponents to use this facility to share the booking fees paid by the member who booked the court.
- Cancellations & Refunds
  - When unable to play, please cancel as soon as possible so others may use the court.
  - Full refund (as booking system credit) when cancelled more than 48 prior or for off-peak slots when cancelled anytime prior to the reserved start time.
  - No refund for peak-time bookings when cancelled within 48 hours prior, unless the court is re-booked -- in this case, the late-cancellation charge is automatically refunded as booking system credit (and no charge will appear on your booking system account).
Tennis
- There are no fees for booking tennis courts during daylight hours; however, after dusk, you must have sufficient funds in your MyCourts account in order to complete the booking.
- Each member must have a MYCOURTS account to book tennis courts.
- Cancellations
  - When unable to play, please cancel as soon as possible so other may use the court.
  - The booking fees will be fully refunded as system credit when the booking is cancelled any time prior to the reserved start time.
Group Sessions
- You can book into group sessions up to 14 days in advance. When booking 14 days in advance, the sessions may only be booked from 7 am onwards.
- You must have sufficient credit on your booking system account in order to book sessions with booking fees.
- The session fees are fully refunded as system credit if you cancel more than 48 hours prior.
- If you cancel within 48 hours, you will only get a refund if the sessions becomes fully booked.
- Members must book in order to attend.
Automatic Light Controls
- The court lights will automatically switch on at the reserved court time and will remain on for the duration of the booking.
- As the lights will remain on when the court is booked consecutively, please vacate the court to allow the next players on.
- Extra light time for the squash courts can be added with the touch screen "kiosk.
  - Please be sure that the time your purchase does not overlap the next reservation, which will take precedence, as charges for extra light-time are non-refundable (the touch screen will warn you if there is already a booking which overlaps the amount of time you want to purchase, but it will not stop you from purchasing overlapping light-time).
  - Members must have credit in their booking system accounts in order to purchase extra light time.
  - Please note you will need to know your PIN number in order to use the touch screen "kiosk" to purchase light time.
