Racket Sports Under Tier 3
Dear Members,
As you probably already know, Burton will be in Covid-19 National Restriction Tier 3 from Wednesday 2nd of December.
The good news is that tennis (both singles and doubles) can still be played in a Covid-secure fashion (social distancing where possible; do not come to the club if you have symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who has).
Unfortunately, indoor sports are not allowed, so the squash courts will not re-open, and neither will the bar.
Consequently, it is not possible to re-open the clubhouse; so, we will probably look at re-instating the Portaloo (in the car park) for tennis players until the situation changes.
The club committee is due to meet on Monday the 30th of December, and I will keep you informed of any developments.
Finally, the government intends to review the situation on Wednesday the 18th of December; so, fingers crossed that the situation will have improved.
In the meantime, thank you for your continued support and I hope that you all stay well.

- Add "burtonsquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
- Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from burtonsquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
Hotmail/Outlook Users
- Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
- Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
- Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.
GMail Users
- Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Burton Tennis & Squash Club <burtonsquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Burton Tennis & Squash Club <burtonsquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".
Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from burtonsquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
