Car Park/Drive Areas
Dear Members
As a voluntary run club from time to time the Committee comes to the Membership for support.
On Saturday 6h July from 9am until 12md we are creating a working party to tidy up the car park, grounds and drive areas. This will be repeated Saturday 27th July.
If any member has an hour or two to spare on either of those dates, perhaps having an hour to spare whilst a child is attending coaching, or you just do not know what to do for an hour, or if you feel you can make a difference to YOUR club, please just turn up at the clubhouse and we can chat where and how you can support this activity.
The intention of this is to smarten up the club grounds environment by saving costs on any extra gardening services, maybe you may enjoy meeting other members you have not met before.
If you can make that difference please bring along any tools you may think would be useful and if possible wear a piece of high visible clothing for safety whilst helping. Refreshments will be provided.
Members who cannot support please take care on entering the club drive and car park due to the above, some areas will be coned off for safety.
In anticipation of a favourable response, see you there.
