Changeover Date for Automated Squash Lighting System
Dear Squash Players,
I’m delighted to report that Dick Lathbury has weaved his magic and we are now ready to change over to the new lighting system for the squash courts from Saturday 24th of October.
This new system has been installed to make squash matches even safer as you will no longer need to handle any light tokens (from the dispenser etc).
We are going to increase charges slightly to cover the expense of setting up and maintaining the system (our monthly charge from MYCOURTS has increased significantly).
Off-peak = £3.50
Peak = £5.50
These sums cover court booking, lights and heating for each session.
Please remember to use up as many of your light tokens in the meantime (and not purchase any more). You will be able to get a refund for any light tokens that you still have left over from the bar after Saturday 24th of October.
