Open Day Sunday 9th March - UPDATE
Dear All,
We have amended the Open Day start time to 10am as Inpsire2Coach/ Now Tennis will be running trial sessions throughout the club. Also, we are looking to hold events for existing members and have representatives from racket and sports equipment providers on the day - further details TBA.
As per our previous email, if you would like to offer help on the day it would be gratefully received. There are a number of ways you can assist as noted below.
How you can help.....
Leaflets –
We have a number of leaflets printed which can be found in the clubs kitchen. Please take some and deliver to your neighbours, local shop/ Post Office or send it with the kids to school. Just drop us a note to say where you have delivered them to avoid doubling up!
Social Media –
We will be posting the Open Day on our Social Media sites shortly for you to ‘like’ and repost to your groups. Or please copy the same and post from your own accounts.
Meet, greet and racket sport players -
On the day we are looking for volunteers from 10am to meet and greet, showing people around the club and racket sport players who can play on the day and/ or represent their preferred sport. Ideally we are looking for members to play each other so guests can watch some games being played. If you can help please get in touch with times you may be available throughout the day, the courts have been booked out already.
Sponsorship –
There are sponsorship opportunities around the club, such as squash courts and team shirts, that you or your business/ employer may be interested in advertising their company.
