New Online Squash Court Booking System
As you may have already heard, we are moving to a new online booking system for the squash courts at Burton Tennis & Squash Club.
The first live booking sheet on the new system will be Fiday 22 December 2017, which you will be able to book 14 days in advance from 7am (Friday 8 December at 7am).

These are your login details.
Username:

PIN:
You will need your username and password to login to the Booking System Website, and you will need your PIN to use the "kiosk" touch screen system at the club.
Please do not share your login details and PIN number with other members. You can change your password and PIN when you log-in to the booking system website. If you change your PIN please remember to keep it secure.
When you book a court, please be sure to select your playing partner/opponment's name to show on the booking sheets, particularly if you want you playing partner/opponent to share the booking fee.
Booking Fees
- Adult Members: £2 per 40-minutes peak times only.
- Juniors: £1 per 40 minutes peak times only.
- There are no booking fees for off-peak times.
Member Accounts and "Top-Ups"
- Each member has an account within the booking system and must have sufficient credit in order to book a court.
- You can purchase (minimum) £20 booking system credit with an online credit/debit card transaction. Your transaction will be processed by Stripe and your account will be automatically credited.
- Members can share booking fees by using the facility to Transfer Credit -- on the day playing, the system will automatically send an email to invite playing partners/opponents to use this facility to share the booking fees paid by the member who booked the court.
Light Meters:
- £3 per 40 mins (£1.50 per 20-minute token) at all times, purchase on-site at the club.
Cancellations & Refunds
- When unable to play, please cancel as soon as possible so others may use the court.
- Full refund (as booking system credit) when cancelled more than 7 days prior.
- No refund when cancelled within 7 days prior, unless the court is re-booked -- in this case, the late-cancellation charge is automatically refunded as booking system credit (and no charge will appear on your booking system account).

- Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Burton Tennis & Squash Club <burtonsquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Burton Tennis & Squash Club <burtonsquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".
