Club Bar
Dear members
Apart from the subscription fees, you need to be aware that the club bar is the primary source of club income, following the introduction of Covid-19 control measures, we have been able to open the bar and decking area for social activity on Friday / Saturday and Sundays (18.00 -21.00).
Our club is unique and entirely managed by the voluntary efforts of the members. Currently some of our bar staff are kindly giving up their own personal time to staff the bar on these evenings.
Some members join and wish to actively to contribute to the daily running of the club, offering their services either as a representative on the committee or a sub-committee.
Some members choose just to pay and play which is their own personal prerogative.
Every member however is welcome and encouraged to use the bar, allowing the club to resuscitate a vital source of income to ensure the continuity and longevity of our club.
It is very noticeable and has been in recent years that the bar is attended only by a small representation of the membership, we as a committee would like to see all members actively support the bar.
Our prices are still favourable locally.
