Dear members,
On behalf of the Burton Tennis & Squash Club Committee we’d like to wish all our members and your families a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
2023 sees the club through its 111th year! And 102 years in its current location on Ashby Road! Wow! I’m sure the historians of the club will be able to put right if those facts aren’t quite true.
This year has seen our membership grow and continues to do with some great initiatives from both our Tennis and Squash Club Captains, and our partners and counterparts who support various activities – It’s really encouraging to see the club utilised throughout the day all the way through to the evening. We’re certainly warranted to continue to hold such a prominent position within the local community.
Our respective Club Teams in both Tennis and Squash continue to thrive in the various county leagues and we’re producing some great results, just demonstrating the great comradery of the membership, quality of coaching and support, in turn producing some fantastic quality sport that is being demonstrated around counties that we compete in.
During this time of year, whilst it’s important to reflect on the great achievements and social occasions of the club and membership, it’s important to also remember those that aren’t here to share the years memories, but indeed their memories and their contribution to the club and friendships that have been built through the common love of sport and a community the club provides.
During the festive period the club continues to remain open and accessible, but we all deserve a small rest, below details the clubs and bars open times.

- Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Burton Tennis & Squash Club <burtonsquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Burton Tennis & Squash Club <burtonsquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".
